Using a combination of Receipt Bank and Xero, most small businesses and sole traders can take advantage of this quick and easy service.

• Once a week, you enter all your invoices and dockets into Receipt Bank (free training provided)
• We process your purchases, reconcile your bank and send back any “Queries” if necessary
• You answer the queries
• We complete the month and send you your Profit & Loss Report

Simply tick the items you wish to handle from our Menu of Services, and we will do the rest, ensuring your books are up to date and your BAS’s lodged on time.

As long as you have an email address and a computer, we can manage all your bookkeeping needs including BAS and IAS Preparation and Lodgement.

Data Integrity Audit (per month)

Use our data integrity audit service if you are entering your own data and would like to have the peace of mind of having an expert check your work at the end of each month but don’t need a bookkeeper to do the actual data entry.

BAS + IAS Certification and lodgement service

• BAS $150.00 each
• IAS $60.00 each

(If we are not doing your data entry, then our BAS certification and lodgement service must be used in conjunction with our Data Integrity audits)

Monthly Data Audit:
All purchases and sales are entered by you.

The bank and credit card statements are reconciled by you.

The wages are entered by you.

We perform a 15 point check of your data once the month is completed and reconciled, including GST treatment of every transaction.

We also check the Income, GST and Wages reconciliations are correct and up to date so that you don’t unknowingly pay too much on your BAS due to any incorrect data entry.

Payroll:
Perhaps you want to keep the details of your payroll confidential, especially if you have staff members processing your day to day transactions.
